A floating
pump station has been installed to pump water out of the reservoir back to the
farm ditch to discharge water from the reservoir back to the river. See the
attached photos of the concrete rundown and floating pump station and revised
Exhibit F Reclamation Plan Map.
19) Please specify the temporary seed mixture for topsoil stabilization, including seeding rates
in PLS/acre.
Response: When seeding of the temporary topsoil stockpiles is required the seed
mix will be the same as the permanent reclamation seed mix. Please be sure this
reclamation timetable correlates with the mining timetable in Exhibit D.
Response: The reclamation of Phases 1-4 is complete. Phases 5-17, and the other
disturbed areas are estimated to be reclaimed according to the following
sequence and timeline:
V 305 Denver Avenue-Suite D• Fort Lupton CO 80621 •Ph: 303-857-6222•Fax: 303-857-6224
