(c) Overburden thickness is estimated at <24-28 inches
Waste rock in overburden will be removed and placed in area next to vein during excavation
period then reburied. Vein trench begins immediately at bedrock. Waste rock storage area is
shown on Exhibit E Map Number 2. Waste rock will be covered by tarp(s) during non-
activity at mine. Rocks of sufficient size and charamigmakaved and sold separately
by-product of the operation
Note: Measurements of 30' length x 10' width by 30' depth is maximum estimates for amount
of open trench at any given time. It's estimated during much of the operation the trench will
be kept closer to 6' to 8' width and 20' to 25' depth.
(d) Thickness of deposit to be mined
The primary vein values vary from 6 inches to 3 feet in width according to historical records.
Primary means to access vein material is an excavator. The limiting factor of ability to access
vein depth is reach of excavator that is near 20 feet to 30 feet maximum depth. Estimated
width of area excavated is 6 feet to 10 feet as noted on Exhibit E Map Number 2.
(e) Major components of mining operation
Wining road connecting from Ute Creek Rd. to location of vein as shown in Exhibit E
Map 1. Road dimension per MSHA requirements
• 10 x 24 Storage Shipping Container.
• Processing facilities shown in Exhibit E Map Number 3:
o All fuel will be brought in on an as needed basis. No fuel stored on-site.
o Trailer Mounted Jaw Crusher with up to 2 tons/hr. capacity.
o Trailer Mounted Ball Mill with up to 1 to 2 tons/hr. capacity.
p Trailer/sk Mounted Knudson Bowl with 1 to 2 tons / hr. -MM1I®
PPR/Er similar gravity recovery d-
o
o 3 Water Troughs 1,117 gallons each.
o Water storage tanks capable of holding 2,000 to 4,000 gallons.
o 1 Water Trough with 103-gallon capacity utilized for collection of heavies / table
values.
o 1 Steel Metal Collection Tank capable of holding up to 1434 gallons. This is the
primary tank for collecting tailings from shaker table.
o 1 additional Steel /Metal Holder for holding tailings removed from 1434-gallon Steel
Metal Collection Tank until material is reburied from same location as excavated.
This Steel Holder is estimated at 12' x 12' x 4'.
Teton Drilling Inc.
Dixie Mine-Clear Creek County,CO
Updated Revisions—October 30,2018
Page I 2
