o Jaw Crusher and Ball Mill powered by 38 HP trailer mounted diesel engine.
o Water Pump is powered by 6.5 hp gasoline engine.
o Small feed conveyor belts powered by a portable generator not to exceed 10kW.
o Water in storage tanks and troughs can only be utilized from late spring until late fall
or early winter due to freezing weather.
o Ground area immediately underneath trailer that holds crushing equipment lined with
a 3/16"thick rubber membrane.
o Downhill portion of crusher/ washing plant lined with hay bales. Exhibit E, Exhibit
E Map Number 3 and Illustration 1.
o Holding container for dewatering process.
(f) Specify dimensions of any significant disturbances to the land
Significant disturbances to land include the following items:
(a) Mining Road connecting from Ute Creek Rd. to location of vein as shown in Exhibit
E Map 1. Road dimensions to MSHA requirements with berm.
(b) Trenching of vein as shown in Exhibit E Map 1 and Exhibit E Map Number 2.
Typical disturbance of 30 to 60 feet in width with length at any given point. The
trench itself is estimated at 6' to 10' in width but due to stocking of top soil, waste
rock and related equipment the disturbance will be wider than actual trench. Limiting
factor for length of trench estimated at 30 feet is the steel container for holding waste
rock. Once these container(s) are full then trench is back filled first utilizing waste
rock, stony sandy loam and then top soil.
(c) Total length of trench over period of mining will not exceed 350 feet.
Note: Estimated open amount of trench is estimated at 30 feet at any given time
before refilling beings. Limiting factor is storage of waste rock in containers and
once they are full the backfill process would begin.
(d) Stock piling of top soil as shown in Exhibit E Map 2 with area estimated at 8 feet x 8
feet x 4 feet.
(e) Stock piling of waste material/wall rock in a steel container or a
•as shown in Exhibit E Map 1 and Exhibit E Map 2 with estimated area at two (2)
each 20 feet x 30 feet x 6 feet.
(f) Stock piling of stony sandy loam as shown in Exhibit E Map 2 with area estimated at
16 feet x 16 feet x 4 feet.
(g) Trailer Crusher and Wash Plant as shown in Exhibit E Map Number 3 with estimate
area at 50 feet x 30 feet which includes troughs and water storage containers. Note:
Previously map / plan indicated 80 x 80 feet however the site can be kept much
smaller and closer to 50 x 30 feet as noted above.
(h) Attached is Illustration 3 that shows total property permitted at 4.75 acres that
encompasses both mining and reclamation plan.
Teton Drilling Inc.
Dixie Mine-Clear Creek County,CO
Updated Revisions—October 30,2018
Page I 3
