§2.04 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT FOR SURFACE OR UNDERGROUND MINING <br />ACTIVITIES --MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR INFORMATION ON <br />ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES. <br />Campbell Ditch. The primary source of water for all of the above <br />ditches are well above the elevations of the train loadout, truck scales <br />and stockpile so there is no potential for contamination, diminution, or <br />interruption of these ditches. <br />A section of the Farmer's Ditch runs near the train loadout facility and <br />beneath the railroad spur, via 335 feet of pipe. To prevent <br />contamination of the Farmers Ditch, the operator entered into an <br />agreement with the Farmers Ditch Company which provides for <br />installation of this pipe in the vicinity of the train loadout facilities.
