The surface operations utilize ground water <br />for dust suppression. Use is in accordance with a water right so <br />downstream users are not impacted. <br /> <br />Agricultural use of water in the permit and adjacent area is derived from <br />the Fire Mountain Canal, Terror Ditch, Wade Lateral, Holybee Ditch <br />Fawcett Ditch, Lower Terror Ditch Lateral, Welborn Ditch, Drake <br />TR-20 <br />2.04 - 12 <br />3/01 <br />
