(27) Fuel Storage Tank <br />• <br />This tank is an 8 -foot diameter, 25 -foot tall steel plate horizontal <br />cylinder on steel beam supports resting on a concrete footer foun- <br />dation. It stores 9,500 gallons of diesel fuel. The area is posted <br />"No Smoking", and the hoses are always locked. <br />(28) Cap Magazine <br />This building houses explosive caps. It is 6' x 6' x 8' high, <br />concrete block construction, with concrete slab roof and floor, and a <br />1/4 -inch steel plate door backed with 2 -inch oak planking. The door <br />is always locked. The building is ventilated, and all vegeatation has <br />been removed within a 25 -foot radius in case of brush fire. The <br />building is posted "Danger", "Keep Out", and "Explosives". <br />(29) Powder Magazine <br />• This 15' x 12' x 8' high structure stores powder for explosives <br />separately from the caps. The building is identical to the cap maga- <br />zine described in Item 28, and identically posted. It is located <br />slightly south of the cap magazine, and therefore is not depicted on <br />Drawing D-3-5. <br />11 <br />Security guards provide additional security at the above described <br />facilities during nights and non -working hours. <br />4-12 <br />
