No later than October 31 of each water year, during the operation of the Line <br /> Camp Pit, Applicant will prepare and submit to the Division Engineer a report (the "Annual <br /> i. specifying the following for the coming water year(November 1 - October <br /> 31)after the Annual Report is filed: <br /> (1) the projected exposed surface area for existing ponds and ponds to <br /> be developed that year; <br /> (2) the projected total evaporation from the ponds calculated in a <br /> manner approved by the Division Engineer and District; <br /> (3) the total amount of gravel projected to be removed and the total <br /> amount of water projected to be lost in the gravel product; <br /> (4) the estimated amount of water to be used for dust control; <br /> (5) the total amount of water projected to be consumptively used <br /> through evaporation,gravel product losses,dust control(sum of items 2,3 and 4 above); <br /> (6) identify the dry-up land on a map to the satisfaction of the Division <br /> Engineer, and amount of water to be leased from DWCD for <br /> 3 <br />
