augmentationlexchange;and <br /> ii. specifying the following for the water year in which the Annual Report is <br /> filed: <br /> (1) the actual total amount of water diverted through the Home Ditch <br /> Diversion and Ponds and the amount consumptively used through evaporation based on the <br /> maximum exposed area and industrial (gravel product loss and dust control usage) during the <br /> preceding water year; <br /> (2) the number of acres that were irrigated and not dried up to provide <br /> water consumed in mining,the crops grown,and the associated consumptive use; <br /> (3) a determination of whether the allowed consumptive use was <br /> inadvertently exceeded and, if so, a description of the reduction in irrigated acreage during the <br /> next water year, to which Applicant will adhere, in order to recoup the prior year's excess <br /> consumptive use. <br /> (4) In each water year during active operation of the Line Camp Pit, <br /> Applicant will verify that the irrigated acreage did not cause the consumptive use to be exceeded. <br /> C. Promptly after the conclusion of mining operations at the Line Camp Pit, <br /> Applicant will prepare and submit to the Division Engineer a Final Report, specifying the <br /> following: <br /> i. the actual exposed surface water area of the ponds on the Property and the <br /> total annual combined evaporation; <br /> ii. the actual acreage of wetlands and riparian vegetation in and around the <br /> ponds; <br /> iii. the location and number of acres that may be irrigated so that Applicant <br /> will not exceed consumptive use per year; <br /> d. The Applicant shall dry up land sufficient to provide the consumptive use credits <br /> to support the Augmentation Plan hereunder located upon the Property and historically irrigated <br /> under the Home Ditch; fill and destroy all ditches and laterals historically irrigating this land, <br /> provide a map of the dry-up land and monument said area in the field, all in accordance with the <br /> instructions and to the satisfaction of the Division Engineer and the District; <br /> i. The Property may not be irrigated from return flows or tiiwater. <br /> Tailwater shall be directed back to the river to prevent expansion of the irrigated land and <br /> innAvwrtwnt irriaatinn of thw Arv-im lend <br /> ii. Should water rights senior to the Home Ditch place a call on the Dolores <br /> River,all water usage on the Property shall cease,except evaporation. <br /> 4 <br />
