SEMA assumes <br /> all necessary light plants will be furnished, deployed, maintained, and operated by General <br /> Contractor. General Contractor will deploy light plants to mutually agreed lighting locations at the <br /> beginning of each shift. SEMA will reposition light plants as the work progresses during each work <br /> shift and return light plants to mutually agreeable storage location at the end of each shift, as needed. <br /> Mobilizations: SEMA includes all necessary mobilizations required for the project based on quoted <br /> work scope and continuous/orderly prosecution of the work per mutually agreeable schedule and <br /> phasing. Additional mobilization charges may be incurred for significant changes in project <br /> phasing/sequencing or extended delays due to factors beyond SEMA's control. Mobilization will be <br /> paid in accordance with CDOT specifications for the 1 st 10%of the subcontract value excluding <br /> mobilization. Any excess mobilization cost above the 1st 10%will be paid on a prorated basis based <br /> on subcontract amount earned, such that 100% of the mobilization will be paid upon completion of <br /> SEMA's subcontracted work scope. <br /> Aggregate Base Trimmings: SEMA will transport and place trimmings of base course produced from <br /> fine grading operations at no additional cost. If additional base course is required to bring completed <br /> base to necessary grade for fine grading, SEMA will provide and place this base at no additional cost. <br /> All asphalt removed will become the property of the Contractor and will be trucked to Martin Marietta <br /> facility off of Larimer CR 1 and US 34 or IHC plant site near Crossroads Boulevard and 1-25 at no <br /> additional charge to the Contractor. At Contractor's option,concrete removed will be trucked to the <br /> Martin Marietta facility off Larimer CR 1 and US 34 or IHC plant site near Crossroads Boulevard and I- <br /> 25 at no additional charge to the Contractor. <br /> Slope Paving at Bridges: SEMA has included anchor trenches associated with slope paving. <br /> Fuel Escalation: SEMA accepts all fuel risk cost/credits. <br /> Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer <br />
