EXHIBIT L RECLAMATION COSTS (revised 812018) This reclamation cost estimate in based on a worse case scenario, i .e. , at a time when the greatest area will need some form of reclamation. At the current time, the amount of disturbance at the mine is less then what is proposed in this estimate. The floor of the mine will only need grading as it is Industrial area. The table below outlines the various areas of disturbance under this proposal . The amount of topsoil that will be re-spread is based on an average of 6 inches . A 140H motor grader will be used to grade the mine floor and a D-8N dozer will be used to reduce the near vertical working face to 2 : 1 if mining ends prematurely. The dozer will be use to do the slope grading and recoiling. These figures are then used in the calculation for the bond amount . The revegetation cost figure includes fertilizer, grass seed, mulch and drilling costs .
