Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance July 2018
Permit Renewal No. 7 P a g e | 7
revised cumulative bond schedule.

TR-109 TR-109 contained an Alluvial Valley Floor (AVF) assessment for disturbances
proposed to occur along Wilson Creek to comply with Stipulation 10 as well as
providing further assessment of potential AVF's on Little Collom Gulch.

TR-110 TR-110 included four geotechnical drill holes adjacent to the Wilson Reservoir and
State Highway 13. These borings were necessary to obtain data for future boring
under State Highway 13 in order to install a raw water pipeline to support the
Collom mining operation, and to obtain data to construct a new pump house at
Wilson Reservoir.

TR-111 TR-111 revised Exhibit 7, Item 23 with a Part M which included a sediment control
plan for the initial development of the Collom facilities area.

TR-112 TR-112 provided as-built documentation for the Temporary Facilities Pond and
Wilson Storage Pond.

TR-113 TR-113 revised areas of the road cuts in the Collom Haul Road to be expanded to
acquire additional fill material. The additional material was necessary to make up
the volume deficient from the original design due to deeper than anticipated topsoil
depths encountered during topsoil removal.

TR-114 TR-114 revised a clean water diversion above the Collom Haul Road in order to
convey surface water flows away from a cut slope to assist with long term stability
of the slope.

TR-115 TR-115 revised the alignment of the raw water pipeline to the Collom Pit area and
an elevated crossing of the raw water line over Taylor Creek.

TR-116 TR-116 revised the dewatering plan for the Collom Pit under Exhibit 7 Item 22B.

TR-117 TR-117 revised the post mine topography for the east low wall of the South Taylor
Pit.

TR-118 TR-118 revised temporary access roads to support development of the Collom Pit,
a revised haul road configuration from the Collom Pit, a redesign of the Section 26
Pond and associated sediment control ditches, new topsoil stockpile locations, a
communications building, and an updated cumulative bond schedule in Exhibit 13C
of the PAP.

TR-119 TR-119 revised Haul Road A to be widened to allow Colowyo to move large
mining equipment from the South Taylor Pit to the Collom Pit.
