Good morning Mr. Decker,the ACE'S project release number is 20140415-005. More concerning to
me is a 2014 Annual Report DRMS M-2011-001
to the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety,the Army Corps is referenced as providing a permit
to repair a breach in the river(Poudre River). The Army Corps was never here, I have never seen the
permit. Did the Army Corps ever issue this permit?You are welcome to visit this site with me
