Ti m: I would like to take this opportunity to notify you of work to be completed shortly on the property. We have discussed in a previous meeting onsite how the grade was not correct in regard to the pre-elevation topography (pre-mining). Although both you and I might feel these adjustments are minor, they are still considered not quite correct on the property. As part of this process, Martin Marietta will be bringing material onto the property to satisfy DRMS requirements. David Jordan and I met with you prior on options for placement of material. With no consensus reached, Martin Marietta will haul the material excavated off the property and bring additional material back onto the property. We are expecting around 20,000 yards of material to leave the property and 22,000 yards of material to be brought back onto the property. At the end, this will satisfy both DRMS and various governmental entities. Once grading is completed, the property will be seeded. At the end of the seeding, Martin Marietta will have satisfied all work required for the property. As part of this process, any personal items around the lake will need to be moved to allow grading and seeding to occur. Mart-n Marietta will work around the bridge on the eastern spillway and therefore will not need to be moved. If you would like to meet to discuss the work, please let me know. Sorry for any inconvenience, but this is required by various agencies in order to exit the property.
