Hi Mr. Jordan,
Yes your impression is inaccurate and you know it. So lets try it again, you or Martin M M, or
Tetratech have referenced the army corps of engineers on annual reports and maps to the division
of reclamation many times. Lets make sure they know how poor your work has been on this site and
your attempted cover up, poor design and poor engineering by you. As far as participating its not
that difficult, you bring the participating army corps engineers to this site, we meet and talk. Do you
have a supervisor I can contact, your mind seems to be somewhere else. Thanks Tim

I hope this email finds you well. I would like to came onto the property to perform some work prior to heavy
potential spring runoff that can help prevent potential damage and help the property to be more effective. I
am under the impression that you refuse to let us,on the property until you meet with the Corps of
Engineers. Please correct me if this impression is inaccurate. Have you had a chance to meet with them? And
if not, can we participate?
