EXHIBIT L RECLAMATION COSTS (cont)
down as the lake grows . So when mining reaches the point shown
on Map Exhibit F-2 the site will be over bonded.
This cost estimate does not contain costs for recoiling or
revegetation since the Plant Site area will be left as graveled
industrial area. There is adequate gravel material on site to
grade the plant site without importing it . Our cost estimate to
do all of the working face reshaping is based on using a 345C Cat
trackhoe, and a 140G motor grader to do final grading and shaping
on the industrial area. A Cat 988 loader will be used to move
and dispose of the old concrete rubble on site and to load trucks
for scrap removal . The actual equipment used by the permittee
may differ. The mobilization number is for a round trip from the
Rocky Ford area (2 miles one way) .
Description Units
Grading & Shaping 12.32 acres
Face length 350 ft .
Cut/fill volume mine face 5 .76 cy/lft
scrap removal 150 yards
concrete rubble 300 yards
62A (revised 4/30/2018)
