Environmental Consequences — Proposed Action <br /> The Proposed Action has timing stipulations in place, prohibiting activity from Nov 15 to April <br /> 15. This restriction will avoid disturbance to the four big game species that utilize the area in all <br /> types of winter conditions. <br /> 5.15.3. Environmental Consequences — No Action Alternative <br /> The No Action Alternative would not require any timing stipulations, as big game and turkeys <br /> would remain unaffected by any noise disturbance in the project area throughout the winter. <br /> 5.15.4. Mitigation Measures <br /> Timing restrictions will be required to prevent disturbance to wintering wildlife. The 2015 <br /> Kremmling Field Office Resource Management Plan stipulates winter closure for big game <br /> crucial winter range from November 1 to April 30. This is required in order to reduce behavioral <br /> disruption of big game during the winter season on crucial winter habitat.
