Further, the South Taylor area is not physically connected to Haul Road A, and is connected to the West Pit with in -pit haul roads. Please provide an updated proposed Map 35A. Response: Both Poly IDs D50 shown on Map 35A have been removed. Both parcels were approved for Phase I bond release under SL -11. An updated Map 35A has been provided and all polygons associated with the approval of SL -11 have been removed. Further, under the permit renewal application, dated April 7, 2017, a spreadsheet was provided to the Division that corresponded to Map 35A. This spreadsheet has been revised due to the approval of SL -11 and provided to the Division herein. It should be noted that this spreadsheet is not intended to become a part of the PAP. 13.
