MANAGEMENT <br />The DMRS' letter dated January 19, 2018 transmitted its adequacy review for the Bowie No. 1 <br />Mine's permit renewal. On behalf of Bowie Resources LLC, following are its responses to the <br />DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />1. DRMS - Please ensure that all the information contained in section 2.03 (Volume 1 and <br />Volume 7) is up to date. This section of the permit contains the names and addresses of <br />the mine operator, the resident agent, surface land owners, subsurface landowners and <br />contiguous surface owners. <br />BRL—The surface and subsurface landowners were updated on Volume I, pages 2.03-4 <br />through 2.03-13. BRL sold some of its surface lands to the Kevin M. Keeling Revocable <br />Trust Agreement. BRL retained a surface access and use agreement on the lands sold. <br />The surface access and use agreement is explained on page 2.03-23 item #28. <br />02.DRMS - Rule 2.03.4: The officer and control information in the permit is out of date. <br />Please provide the Division with an updated copy of the officer and control information. <br />BRL- Ownership and control information was updated on Volume 1 pages 2.03-2 and <br />2.03-3 t rough 2.03-46. <br />
