The responses to <br />the issues on the Load out reclamation were supposedly addressed in a revision -- updated Vol 7 section 2.05 <br />reclamation plan. The Black Bridge Road reconfiguration is supposedly shown on a new post mining land use Map 8A. <br />Neither of these documents are shown in your imaged data records. Could you send them to me separately? <br />Additionally, in response to a timeline and updated reclamation cost estimate for the Paonia Load out, these are <br />supposed in the new reclamation pond pages which were sent to you to be inserted into Volume 7, Tab 3.05. <br />1 would like access to those documents either on your website or sent to me separately. <br />We are also interested in seeing the Ownership and control information updated on Volume 1 pages 2.03-2 and 2.03-36 <br />through 2.03 46 as BRL supplied in an attachment. <br />If Revised Volume 7, Map 01 and Volume 9, maps 9-2 and 9-5 in any way affect the reclamation areas of the Paonia <br />Loadout or Steven's Gulch metering point area, please send me those attachments as well. <br />As you heard in our "informal” hearing on March 1, Mr. Bear stated that this site would "remain industrial".
