The term "construction activity" includes <br />ground surface disturbing activities, including, but not limited to, clearing, grading, excavation, demolition, <br />installation of new or improved haul and access roads, staging areas, stockpiling offtll materials, and borrow <br />areas. "Stormwater" is precipitation -induced surface runoff.
