Re ►drip an lttdivi(ival CDI'S l'ern►il <br />The Director may require the permittee to apply for and obtain an individual or alternate general CDPS permit if; <br />The discharger is not in compliance with the conditions of this general permit; <br />b) Conditions or standards have changed so that the discharge no longer qualifies for a general permit; or <br />c) Data/information become available which indicate water quality standards may be violated, <br />The permittee must be notified in writing that an application for an individual'or alternate general CDPS permit is required. <br />When an individual or alternate general CDPS permit is issued to an operator otherwise covered under this general permit, <br />the applicability of this general permit to that operator is automatically inactivated upon the effective date of the individual <br />or alternate general CUPS permit. <br />Water Quality Control Division <br />WQCD-P-B2 <br />
