o. Shop Building, Fuel Storage, Equipment <br />i. Survey building contents and materials to determine various disposal <br />requirements <br />ii. Remove equipment and debris, dispose of at proper offsite facilities <br />iii. Shop building — leave as permanent (per county approval) or demolish <br />and haul salvage metal offsite <br />iv. Revegetation seeding of facility area <br />p. Haul Road and Access Road <br />i. Stabilize to USFS requirements — account for drainage and width, per <br />USFS management plans <br />ii. Remove or barricade sections as required by USFS management plans <br />q. Miscellaneous Features <br />i. Remove any above -ground electrical facilities owned by HMC <br />ii. Access gates as needed; fencing as needed (for livestock or safety) <br />3. Near-term Reclamation Activitv Priorities and Necessities — Next 5 Years <br />a. Continuing/Ongoing Work of existing activities <br />i. Groundwater Monitoring, Piezometers: Demonstrate history of <br />consistent depth measurements, indicating stability of waste dumps. <br />Discuss eliminating required GW monitoring wherever possible <br />ii. Surface Water Monitoring at SW -33: Continue as long as required by <br />WQCD <br />iii. Continue discussions with WQCD for defining WQ standards and <br />LPLs, in order to complete Reclamation Plan Amendment for DRMS <br />iv. Slope Movement Surveys: continue annual Survey, inclinometers, <br />explore implementing new "InSAR" survey (see below) <br />V. Define standard to attain for geotechnical slope stability <br />vi. Phosphate Injection: continue; and request approval from DRMS for <br />expanding program as proven and needed <br />vii. Remedial Earthwork for Erosion Control: implement as needed <br />viii. Remedial Revegetation: implement as needed <br />ix. Continue revegetation seeding with successful seed mixes, but reduce <br />seedling plantings due to severe impacts by wildlife <br />X. Riprapping, mainly on drainage channels <br />xi. Roadways, maintain access roads across site <br />b. New Reclamation Activities _ obtain DRMS approvals as needed <br />i. Upper Slopes near Scarp Feature — Earthwork and Revegetation <br />ii. Quarry Slopes — Earthwork and Revegetation <br />iii. Road Reclamation — at conclusion of reclamation, per USFS standards <br />iv. Inlet pipe at Millsite pond — instaIl riprap <br />V. Revise and replace culverts as drainage structures on waste dumps <br />vi. Determine need for liners under specific segments of riprap channels; <br />install as locations are identified <br />
