The Division approves of the reference areas that the applicant has selected
based on the requirements of Rule 4.15.7(3). Extended reference areas will be
used. Reduction in size of the permit area from 17,000 acres to 3142 acres as a
result of PR -01 will not affect the ability of the applicant to utilize the extended
reference area concept. The areas are depicted on Map 2.04.10-1 Vegetation
Community Map.
F. The reference areas will be utilized to determine revegetation success in a
manner that the Division finds acceptable. (4.15.7(4)).
19
