In the
case of financial warranty forfeiture, the Division would be responsible for structure
demolition of office and processing facilities, backfilling and grading, topsoiling and
revegetation of the affected land. Upon review of the mining and reclamation plan, the
Division believes it would be appropriate to set the bond amount at the cost to complete
reclamation assuming mining had occurred and ceased at the end of Phase H. Based on
this assumption, please supply the following information:
a. Please provide an inventory of all mining-related structures to be built or
placed on site such as processing facilities, shops, warehouses, mine offices
and/or trailers,fuel storage tanks/facilities, etc.
b. If LRM intends to dispose of any rubble generated by the demolition of mine
related structures onsite, they will need to identify where this material will be
placed.
c. Please provide the quantity of each item to be demolished. Below is a table
identifying the type of structure to be demolished and the unit of measure the
Division needs to estimate the cost to demolish the structure:
Item Unit of Measure
Building&Similar Structures Cubic Feet L x W x H of intact Structure
Process Plants &Mill Building Cubic Feet L x W x H of intact Structure
Floors, Slabs &Pavement Square feet (L x W) + estimated thickness
in inches
Footing&Foundations Linear feet + estimated footer width and
height.
Walls Square feet L x H + estimated thickness
Response to DBMS comments T E L E S T
