(General Shale) is respectfully submitting a technical revision for <br /> changes to the following in the permit: <br /> 1. Exhibit C Affected Lands Map <br /> a. Updated map to reflect changes in land ownership. <br /> 2. Exhibit D Mine Plan Map <br /> a. Updated section to reflect non-mine stormwater ditch from Green Mountain to <br /> convey stormwater to the historic drainage exit point in the southwest corner of the <br /> permit. The ditch will be constructed by 2018. <br /> b. Changed the staging of mining. <br /> c. Changed the location of the topsoil,overburden, and interburden stockpiles. <br /> 3. Exhibit D Mine Plan pages 10-13 <br /> a. Updated section to reflect changes in seeding period. <br /> b. Removed noxious weed sweetclover from the seed mixes. <br /> c. Changed the staging of mining and mining timetable. <br /> d. Changed the location of the topsoil, overburden, and interburden stockpiles. <br /> e. Updated section on fugitive dust. <br /> 4. Exhibit E Reclamation Plan all pages <br /> a. Updated section to reflect changes in seeding period. <br /> b. Noted that final pit design will drain into the historic drainage. <br /> c.
