EXHIBIT H WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br /> 1. Significant Game Resources on the Affected Lands <br /> According to the Colorado Division of Wildlife,the following game species have overall range that <br /> runs through the affected lands: <br /> American Elk Geese <br /> Mountain Lion <br /> Mule Deer <br /> Black bear <br /> The property has been fenced for some time to either keep cattle in the ranch areas or keep wildlife <br /> outside of the active mining areas. <br /> 2. Significant Non-Game Resources on the Affected Lands <br /> Fox, coyote, and other small mammals are the most critical non-game resources in the area. <br /> However,the best habitat will be farther north, along the Gunnison River. There are no known <br /> raptor nests on the permit area or in the vicinity. <br /> 3. Seasonal Use of Affected Lands <br /> No important seasonal use. <br /> 4. Presence and Estimated Population of Threatened or Endangered species in the area. <br /> Gunnison sage grouse have not been observed on the site, and the operation is not within 0.6 miles <br /> of any leks. While the site is within the sage-grouse habitat and range,the site is not used by broods <br /> on the ground and is expected to have minimal impact. See the attached letter at the end of this <br /> Exhibit by the Gunnison County Wildlife Conservation Coordinator for more information. <br /> United Companies will work with the Gunnison County Wildlife Conservation Coordinator to <br /> ensure that mining and reclamation activities do not negatively affect Gunnison sage grouse habitat. <br /> This includes, but is not limited to, washing of equipment prior to bringing on site to prevent the <br /> introduction of weed species. <br /> Ready Mix Pit October 2017 H-1 X Greg Larittia.e,,,.. ...n,W <br />
