Relevant iiifot'mation for the site and a discussion of the above tables acid figures has been <br />added on permit page 2-2a. <br />13. Permit Section 2.1.2, Page 2-14 contains a discussion ofseasonal precipitation relating to <br />snowfall and its contribution to annual precipitation. The vast majority offlows.fr'om the site have been recorded during snowmelt, which <br />is especially true,for outfalls that rarely if ever discharge. <br />Rule 2.04.11 Fish and Wildlife Information <br />Section 2.4 of the Trapper Permit addresses the topic of Fish and Wildlife with comprehensive <br />information on the species know to occur on or adjacent to the site. This rule is adequately <br />addressed in the Permit with the exception of- <br />June <br />£ <br />June 2017 DRMS <br />13. If there are there any Federally or State listed threatened and endangered species requiring addition <br />or removal from Tables 2.4-1 and 2.4-2 (permit pgs. 2-125-2-140) i.e. due to recent changes in <br />Federal and State listings over the last permit term, please make those changes to the current list in <br />the permit and submit as revised pages. <br />14. Regarding section 2.4.2 of the permit, have there been any changes in species listed as threatened or <br />endangered or any additions of a designation of "essential habitat" within or adjacent to the permit <br />area? Ifso please submit this information as revised pages. <br />Trapper Response to Rule 2.04.11 Comments <br />14. There were no changes needed to Tables 2.4-1 or 2.4-2 relative to recent changes in Federal <br />or State ME species listings. <br />15. Attached revised pages 2-141 to 2-143 include an update of Section 2.4.2. In addition, page <br />2-121 includes an updated discussion of T&E plant species. <br />
