Please update table 3.1-3 Approximate Yearly Disturbance and Reclamation by Phases (permit pg. 3-13) to reflect <br />actual acreages for 2016 and 2017 rather than projected acreages. <br />Trapper Response to Table 3.1-3 Comment <br />15. Table 3.1-3 will not he updated. The values shown within this table are projections used to <br />calculate the bond fbr any given vear and detnonstrate the worst case scenario vear. Anv update to <br />the table would he irrelevant as it would nullify the bond scenario. Current disturbance and <br />reclamation amounts can be fbund in the Annual Reclamation Reports for their respective vear. <br />Table 3.1-3 will he updated with the upcoming submittal of'PR-09 to reflect the next permit term <br />hoed scenario. <br />In addition to the responses above, attached is revised permit page 4-174 (Table 4.8-2).
