Trapper Response to Rule 2.03.4 Comments 8 The attached graph demonstrates that precipitation has not increased at T rapper Mine over the nearly 40 vears of'onsite precipitation data collection. In fact the graph shows a slight (statistical/v insignificant) decrease in precipitation over the 38 vcar precipitation record. Rule 2.04.8 Climate Information Section 2.1 of the Trapper Permit addresses Climatology for the area with varying data sets collected from 1936 through 1979. DRMS is aware that Trapper Inc., and other entities maintain climatological data consisting of seasonal precipitation, ambient seasonal air temperatures, and wind direction and speeds. This aspect of the Rules is adequately addressed with the exception of: June 2017 DRMS 11. As the baseline climatological data is upwards of 40 years old please address the possibility of a changing climate regime with additional data for the following: a. A continuation of table 2-1-1 (permitpage 2-6) beginning with year 1971 through 2016 b. A continuation of table 2.1-2 (permitpage 2-7) beginning with year 1974 through 2016 c. A continuation of table 2.1-3 (permitpage 2-8) beginning year 1974 through 2016 d. A continuation of table 2.1-4 (permitpage 2-10) beginning year 1980 through 2016 e. A continuation of table 2.1-6 permit page 2-13) beginning year 1974 through 2016 f. A continuation of table 2.1-7 (permitpage 2-15) beginning year 1980 through 2016 g. A continuation of table 2.1-8 (permitpage 2-16) beginning year 1975 through 2016 h. A continuation offrgure 2.1-3 (permitpage 2-26) beginning year 1973 through 2016 i.
