It is situated east of <br />Trappper's permit boundarv. A notation concerning W"FLC is added on Page 1-15a. <br />Rule 2,03.6 Right ofEntry <br />DRMS notes that the submitted Public Notice provides the complete and detailed legal <br />description of the permit boundary as per Rule 2.03.6(1). This description also resides in the <br />permit document. <br />This aspect of the rules is adequately addressed with the exception of- <br />June <br />£June 2017 DRMS <br />S. Please discuss the status and time line of any potential mining of the Npit and submit <br />as revised pages. <br />Trapper Response to Rule 2.03.6 Comments <br />5. N Pit mining will be addressed in detail in the.forthconzingfive year mine plan update permit <br />revision (PR -9). <br />Rule 2.03.7 Relationship to Areas Designated Unsuitable for Mining <br />June 2017 DRMS <br />6. Asper Rule 2.03.7(3), please either state, or direct DRMS to that section of the Trapper permit <br />discussing operational facilities or mining activities occurring within 300 feet of an occupied <br />dwelling. If activities occur within this buffer, please direct DRMS to: <br />a. any waivers that may exist between Trapper and landowner <br />b. the associated map identifying these structures. <br />Tramper Response to Rule 2.03.6 Comments <br />6. a and b. Trapper Mining Inc. has no plans to conduct sauface mining activities or conduct or locate <br />surface operations orfacilities within 300feet measured horizontally of an occupied dwelling. <br />Rule 2.03.10 Other Licenses and Permits <br />DRMS notes that the Explosives License expired May 2017 and, that Trapper received an <br />extension for this license of six months or, through October 2017. <br />Trapper Response to Rule 2.03. 10 Comment <br />Trapper's BA TFE Explosives license has been renewed through April 1, 2020. <br />Rule 2.04.7 Hvdroloey Description <br />This rule is adequately addressed with the exception of: <br />June 2017 DRMS <br />8. Should updated climate data show a trend in precipitation indicating an increase in annual <br />precipitation totals and/or an increase in the frequency of higher precipitation events, please <br />discuss possible potential for leachate of waste constituents to occur, specifically addressing permit <br />section 4.3.4.6. <br />9. Please assure that identified seeps and springs are delineated and located on the appropriate <br />
