A Stormwater Management Plan has been approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and the
Environment (CDPHE) (Section 6.4.20.10). In accordance with this Plan, Best Management Practices
(BMP) (Exhibit D —Figure D-9) have or are planned to be installed. The BMP controls' features include
but are not limited to:
Rolling water bars;
Riprapped and wattle protected runouts;
Crash and erosion barriers;
