The embankments were well vegetated and stable with no problems noted. The Rail <br />Loop Pond was dry at the time of the inspection, with no evidence of recent discharge noted. Embankments were <br />stable and well vegetated with no problems noted. <br /> Truck Loop Pond Rail Loop Pond <br /> <br />Ditches and culverts throughout the Loadout area and the Tie-Across Haul Road were stable and no problems <br />noted. As noted in the Backfill and Grading portion of this report, ditch 7, ditch 8, and a portion of ditch 3 have <br />been re-established. These ditches now flow to the rail loop pond and the material pushed into the ditches have <br />been cleared.
