For more information on Chemical Free Weed <br /> Management Agreements refer to Attachment 3. <br /> V. ENFORCEMENT <br /> Where landowners and/or land managers are observed or reported to be in violation of Colorado noxious <br /> weed management rules and objectives,it shall be the responsibility of Moffat County Weed and Pest <br /> Management to respond as the Moffat County organization deems feasible and effective.Refer to the <br /> Attachment 3 for details on enforcement protocol. <br /> -6- <br />
