Continuous <br />miners were working in the 8 East gate road at 64+00 station. <br /> <br />The Foidel Creek School House does not appear to be affected by the mining operation. <br /> <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br /> <br />The following lists the status of maintenance items that have been cited in previous Divisions inspections: <br /> <br />Main Facilities Area <br /> Please cleanout the ditch south of the rail line east of the train loadout and clean out the sediment traps and <br />rock check dams as depicted in Exhibit 49DD-F1 in the permit. <br />o Per maintenance contractor this item has been addressed and will be checked at next inspection. <br />10RT Pipeline <br /> TC will need to place disturbance boundary markers along the pipeline corridor in accordance with Rule <br />4.02.3. <br />o Markers have been placed <br /> Culvert under the access road from the 6MN reservoir road to the 10RT pad has been replaced <br /> Waddles have been placed on the west end tie-in location <br />WCR Coreholes <br /> Per TC Corehole WC04 has been staked tagged and revegetated <br />Signs and Markers <br /> Permit number needs to be updated on the mine entrance sign at Country Rd 37 <br /> <br />PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES – Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br /> <br />The original coal refuse and disposal area was observed as well as the expansion area. The original refuse area <br />appeared stable. TC is windrowing waste material on the 3rd lift of the expansion area. The 2nd lift has been <br />completed and was seeded last fall. Water was not discharging at the toe of the underdrain. A contractor has <br />installed a new upper diversion ditch east of the CRDA expansion area. Topsoil is still in the process of being <br />moved from the expansion area to new location, this was temporarily stopped for the winter. <br />
