RECLAMATION PLAN EXHIBIT D
1. General Reclamation Plan
The total permit area is 12.5 acres. The amount of land that will be disturbed is 11.5 acres. The
undisturbed area within the permit is 1.0 acres. Reclamation will be conducted over all of the
mining area at once at the end of mining. All disturbed areas will be reclaimed as rangeland. See
Map E-3 for details.
2. Topsoil Replacement
The topsoil thickness is expected to range from 0-8 inches. During mining, the topsoil will be
stored in a berm along the west side of the site. See Map E-2. Soil will be replaced over the
entire mine site at once, due to the small size of the site. Topsoil thickness upon replacement is
expected to be six inches on average.
3. Haul Roads and Access
One access road will connect the forest service road to the pit. See Map E-3 for the layout of
roads after mining and reclamation.
4. Reclamation Timetable
See Exhibit E section 2.
Cottonwood Pass 2/28/2017 D-1 Greg It'Kki and Associates, FUA'
