c) dust - the pit activities will be watered and all operations of the site are regulated by the Air <br />Quality Control Division of the CDPHE. <br />The product from this mine will positively impact this community by supplying construction <br />materials to the Cottonwood Pass Road project. <br />7. Surface Water Control <br />The entire operation will drain internally. The topsoil berm on the west side will prevent any <br />discharge from leaving the pit. The pit is roughly three feet deep at the shallowest, more than <br />enough to contain the 2.45 inch 100 -YR 24 -HR storm event for the region.
