Reclamation Plan-Amendment <br /> Exhibit E 0 <br /> (6)Portals will be collapsed and graded to blend in with the surrounding topography(See Exhibit <br /> F Figures F 1,F3 and F4); <br /> (7) Slopes will be graded to blend with the surrounding topography. (See Exhibit F,Figures F1- <br /> F6; Sections 6.4.5(2)(a)and(f)(i)); <br /> (8) No structural fill will be imported from outside of the mine permit area to support mine clo- <br /> sure reclamation activities; <br /> (9)Procedures have been adopted to prevent unauthorized chemical releases; (See the Environ- <br /> mental Protection Plan(Exhibit U). <br /> • Rule 3.1.6 Water—General Requirements <br /> (1)The following section outlines the Operator's compliance and water management plan. <br /> (a) The Operator will comply with State Division of Water Resources Engineer's Office re- <br /> quirements; <br /> (b) Compliance with applicable federal and Colorado water quality laws and regulations, in- <br /> cluding statewide water quality standards and site-specific classifications and standards <br /> adopted by the Water Quality Control Commission. The Operator will comply with the <br /> terms of its storm water construction general permit, (COR 040222),and its CDPES <br /> point source discharge permit(COR03 H717). (See Attachment U-3); and <br /> (c)Compliance with federal applicable 404 permit requirements. <br /> (2)Affected lands will be stabilized to control erosion(Exhibit 6.5). <br /> 6.4.5(2)(d)Topsoil,Mine Rock,and Revegetation <br /> Disturbed areas will be scarified(when feasible),and seeded.
