2.05.3 <br />MCC Building <br />There are two motor control center buildings. One located on the D -Seam <br />portal bench northeast of the screen and crusher building is a cinder block <br />building. It is approximately 18 feet by 42 feet with an 11 foot eave height. It <br />has a concrete roof. One is located on the Hubbard Creek shaft pad. It is <br />approximately 15 feet by 25 feet with a 12 foot eave height. <br />Fuel Oil Storage Fueling Stations <br />A concrete and steel structure located at both the D -Seam and B -Seam <br />portal levels to contain gas, fuel and oil. The structure is approximately 20 <br />feet by 30 feet long. The containment area is constructed of 8 -inch thick <br />walls four feet high. The three sided steel structure rests on the concrete <br />containment and is approximately 20 feet high. A small lean to structure is <br />located behind the D -Seam fueling station. The facilities have a 10,000 <br />gallon diesel tank, a 500 gallon DOT diesel tank, a 10,000 gallon hydraulic oil <br />tank, a 500 gallon antifreeze tank, a 2,000 gear oil tank, a 2,500 gallon gas <br />tank and a 1,000 gallon motor oil tank. <br />Substation <br />A gravel surfaced fenced area located on the utility level to contain the <br />substation for the mine facilities. The outside dimensions of the facility are <br />50 -feet by 50 feet. The substation contains transformers to reduce the line <br />power to a suitable voltage. A pad for a future substation will be provided on <br />the utility level. The future substation will require a larger space, <br />approximately 50 -feet by 100 -feet. <br />A 40 -foot by 60 -foot substation was constructed at the highway stockpile <br />area to provide power for the reclaim tunnel and truck loadout bin. <br />Dry/Office <br />A pre-engineered metal building located on the D -Seam portal bench level to <br />be used for a bath house and offices. The two story building is <br />approximately 120 feet by 50 feet with a 24 foot eave height. The lower level <br />bath house was expanded by 16 feet to the south during 2011. <br />Material Storage <br />Open areas to store materials. Materials to be stored include roof bolts, roof <br />pans, timbers, caps, wedges, hoses, pipe, pipe supplies, electrical <br />equipment, electrical cable, electrical supplies, conveyor belt, conveyor <br />MR -130 2.05-14- 06/18/12 <br />
