Submit shop drawings indicating type of form tie to be used and proposed method of <br />sealing form tie holes. <br />B. Submit shop drawing on type of form release to be used. <br />C. Quality Control: Submit formwork designer qualifications. <br />D. Submit construction joint layout and control joint layout. <br />E. Submit product data and manufacturer's instructions for corrugated paper formwork (Void <br />Form) and accessories. <br />PART 2 — PRODUCTS <br />2.1 FORM MATERIALS <br />A. General. <br />1. Where "Smooth Form Finish", or "Grout Cleaned Finish" is specified, use prefabricated <br />plywood panel forms, job -built plywood forms, forms lines with plywood or <br />fiberboard, or steel forms in "new and undamaged" condition. Where "Rough Form <br />Finish" is specified, unlined wooden forms may be used. <br />B. Steel Forms. <br />1. Symons "Steel -Ply", Simplex "Industrial Steel Frame Forms", Universal "Uniform", or <br />equal. <br />C. Plywood Forms. <br />1. Product Standard PSI, - waterproof, resin -bonded exterior type Douglas fir. <br />D. Fiberboard Forms. <br />1.
