(k) No refuse and acid or toxic producing materials are known to be present on the site. <br /> (1) The interception of groundwater is not anticipated in mine excavation works. <br /> (m)The pit run material will be processed on site.This material will be screened,crushed and sorted <br /> utilizing a portable aggregate processing plant. No chemicals or additives will be used.The <br /> general location of this plant is depicted on Exhibit E-1. <br /> (n) The primary material to be mined is sand and gravel.This material will be processed into chips <br /> and used in the chip seal project referenced above. Future processed materials may include <br /> aggregates for hot mix asphalt and base courses. <br /> (o) Crusher fines and waste sand generated in the process will be used as either fill medium or used <br /> in reclamation of the mine site. <br /> (p) No explosive will be used at this site. <br />
