That the exterior of the authorized accessory structures shall be of natural log, <br /> wood or other material of natural or earth-tone color compatible with the exterior <br /> siding of the dwelling units and the natural surroundings. <br /> 6. That any metal roofing material that might be utilized in the construction of the <br /> authorized Single Family Dwelling Units and accessory structures shall be of an <br /> earth-tone color compatible with the natural surroundings. <br /> 7. Any work and/or construction associated with the Single Family Dwelling Units <br /> and associated accessory structures on the land described herein shall be <br /> �erformed in conformity with the Jackson County Zoning Resolution and all other <br /> pplicable regulations and in compliance with all terms and conditions imposed <br /> herein on the authorization for the special use by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Jackson County, Colorado. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that the Special Use <br /> Permit for Commercial Mining, including sand and gravel extractive operation affecting 10 acres <br /> or more and extracting 70,000 tons or more of mineral, overburden, or combination thereof <br /> during any calendar year, and all other mineral extractive operations, including the exploration <br /> for, milling, refining, or mixing for shipment of said materials should.be granted subject to the <br /> following conditions and restrictions: <br /> 1. All commercial mining and mineral extractive operations shall be conducted in <br /> compliance with the terms and conditions of an approved Permit for a <br /> Construction Material Extraction Operation approved by the State of Colorado <br /> Division of Minerals and Geology pursuant to the Construction Material Rules and <br /> Regulations (the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of <br /> Construction Materials, Section 34-32.5-101, et sue, C.R.S., and 2 CCR 407-1) <br /> and applicable regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br /> 2. All lands affected by mining operations shall be reclaimed in accordance with the <br /> reclamation plan approved by the State of Colorado Division of Minerals and <br /> Geology and, if applicable, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br /> 3. Any work and/or construction associated with the commercial mining and mineral <br /> extractive operations on the above-described tract shall be performed in <br /> conformity with the Jackson County Zoning Resolution and all other applicable <br /> regulations and in compliance with all terms and conditions imposed herein on the <br /> authorization for the special use by the Board of County Commissioners of <br /> Jackson County, Colorado. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Special Use Permit for Two (2) <br /> Single Family Dwelling Units Not Related to an Individual Ranch or Farmstead and the Special <br /> Use Permit for Commercial Mining, including sand and gravel extractive operation affecting 10 <br /> acres or more and extracting 70,000 tons or more of mineral, overburden, or combination thereof <br /> during any calendar year, and all other mineral extractive operations, including the exploration <br /> for, milling, refining, or mixing for shipment of said materials is hereby granted for the above- <br /> described tract of land, subject to the above-stated conditions and restrictions. <br /> The above and foregoing Resolution was, on a on duly made and seconded, adopted <br /> by the following vote on the 1 st day of June, 1998. <br /> YE (NAY) <br /> An ony D.
