Item 5. Rule 2.05.3(1-2) <br />Currrently sections 2.05.3(1, 2) of the permit refers to section 2.05.2. <br />10. As Golden Eagle currently consists of roughly 1.2 acres in reclamation, please update these portions of <br />the permit to reflect today's conditions and activities going forward relative to reclamation and the above <br />cited rule, providing revised pages that place the text in the present tense or past reflecting what was built, <br />reclaimed etc. <br />Item 5. Rule 2.05.3(3), (4), (7), (8), (9) <br />11. Please update this section of the permit to, for example: <br />e. Identify information no longer relevant, operation description (2.05.3(2)), mine facilities (2.05.3(3)) <br />f. Identify activities no longer occurring, production methods (2.05.3(1)) <br />g. Add information pertinent to current activities at the site. <br />h. Indicate what reclamation has occurred, and a history of the different phases of bond release and <br />include specific acreages for each release, as well as a discussion of ponds that have been reclaimed <br />(2.05.3(4)). <br />i. List what facilities have been removed, such as coal handling structures, etc. (2.05.3(7)) <br />j. Discuss removal of coal mine and non coal processing waste.(2.05.3(8)) <br />k. Discuss return of coal mine waste to abandoned workings if relevant (2.05.3(9)). <br />12. Please assure that figures, exhibits, maps and tables referenced in this section are correctly referenced and <br />update all sections of the Table of Contents (Tables, Figures, Maps, Exhibits) to reflect correct page <br />numbers, titles and subject matters. <br />1. Maps l0A and 1013 of the permit are outdated. <br />13. Please provide an updated maps that are legible (2.10.1) and with the aim of not having to perform <br />extensive adequacy please refer to the attached mapping best practices showing the following: <br />m. current permit area under reclamation, including the associated road. <br />n. location of the current reference areas associated with Golden Eagle mine. This map could include <br />parcels surface owners, and their correct mailing addresses and serve as updated the surface <br />ownership map. <br />Item 5. Rule 2.05.4 <br />Rule 2.05.4(2)(h) states that a description of steps taken for compliance with air and water quality laws be <br />included in the permit. DRMS was not able to locate this information in the reclamation plan. <br />14. Please update this section to either indicate where in the permit document this information exists, or <br />provide a revised page with this information. <br />Item 5. Rule 2.05.6 (1) <br />The air emissions permit is located in exhibit 21 of the permit. <br />15. Please inform DRMS of the status (terminated or current expiration date) of this permit by providing a <br />revised page addressing this item. <br />Item 5. Rule 2.05.6(6) <br />16.
