Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP), September 2012 <br />GCC Energy – King Coal & King II Mines <br />10 <br /> <br />Refresher Training. Employees who work in areas that have industrial materials <br />or activities exposed to storm water will receive training regarding appropriate <br />housekeeping and BMP implementation and maintenance. The SWMP team will <br />provide oversight for the required inspection, planning, reporting and <br />documentation requirements. Additionally, facility personnel train contractors at <br />the site as applicable regarding SWMP policies and documentation requirements <br />for projects that involve construction and earthmoving equipment. <br /> <br />All employees responsible for inspection and maintenance of the facility are <br />trained in control measures and good housekeeping measures described in this <br />SWMP. <br /> <br />Training also includes inspection methods, reporting methods and documentation <br />requirements, and is performed annually and as applicable for new employees. <br />Employee Training forms are included in Appendix B. Documentation of <br />completion of training will be kept in Appendix C. <br /> <br />
