approved to receive flyash (the Ash Pit and the D/E Pit). Reclamation at the Trapper Mine continues as the <br />mining of pits progresses. On active mine areas, backfill and grading, topsoil redistribution, seeding, and <br />transplanting will continue. <br />II. SUMMARY OF THE BOND RELEASE PROCESS <br />History of Previous Bond Release Submittals <br />The Division approved a full release of reclamation liability for the Craig Generation Plant Loadout in <br />December 1985. That approval was for release of reclamation liability only. No money was returned; that <br />is, there was no reduction in the amount of actual bond monies held by the Division. <br />Other bond release submittals (SL -01 through SL -16) are summarized in Table 1, including a history of <br />liability reductions requested by TMI.
