87. Exhibit C-3 Vegetation Map was revised to indicate the present vegetation covering the <br />affected lands within 2500 ft. east and west of 40' Lane. <br />88. Footnote #2 on Exhibit C-5 Map was revised to reflect that the applicant intends to build a <br />24 ft. wide road surface with 3 ft. wide graded shoulders on each side totaling a 30 ft. wide <br />haul road and permit boundary. The 30 ft. wide haul road will be constructed within the <br />60 ft. wide easement. <br />89_ Footnote #1 on Exhibit C-5 Map was revised to include Sections 20 and 36 State lands in the <br />access permit. Please refer to Item 85 for more explanation. <br />Exhibit D — Mining Plan <br />90. Exhibit D was revised replacing 44`h Lane Project with Pueblo County Aggregate Project and <br />is enclosed. Upon completion of Division review, a complete adequate application <br />containing all exhibits will be submitted to the Division. <br />91. The reference to the table of Total Disturbance Acres by Phase was corrected on page 5 in <br />paragraph 5. <br />Exhibit E — Reciamation Plan <br />92. The area referred to as "Other Mining Related Disturbances" will allow for equipment <br />maneuvering during reclamation such as harrowing and seeding. Heavy mining equipment <br />will not be stored in this area but rather will be stored in the processing and stockpiling area. <br />93. The last paragraph was revised to include noxious weed monitoring during the life of the <br />mine and throughout reclamation. <br />94. The applicant accepts submission of a Technical Revision for any additions or revisions to the <br />proposed Weed Management Plan. <br />95. Alf asphalt surfaces will be removed during reclamation and will be hauled to Pueblo East Pit <br />for recycling. Pueblo East Pit is located west of Nyberg Road, with access south from Hwy <br />50. <br />96. The Bessemer Irrigation Ditch crossing structure located on property owned by Mr. and Mrs. <br />Bregar will not be removed during reclamation but rather will be left in place for ranch use <br />after mining is completed. The structure is identified on Exhibit F. The requested signed and <br />notarized statement is enclosed and will be included in this exhibit. <br />Exhibit F_— Reclamation Plan Map <br />97. Footnote #7 on Exhibit F -1a was revised to be more legible. <br />98.
