Exhibit I — Soils Information <br />99. Soil map unit descriptions and information print-outs are enclosed for Mpa and Mv. The soil <br />map unit description and information print-out for Bacid (Bc) series was included in the <br />previous submission. Exhibit C-3 legend was revised. <br />Exhibit L— Reclamation Costs <br />100. Even though the preferred haul road is the Southwest Haul Road, the applicant will bond <br />for both roads. <br />101. Asphalt will be four inches thick at accesses with asphalt surfaced public roads. Task 003 <br />Demolition/Disposal of Asphalt should reflect that asphalt will be recycled. Only four inches <br />of asphalt used in Asphalt will be hauled to Pueblo East Pit for recycling, approximately five <br />miles from any asphalt surface location. This will reduce Task 003 to approximately $55.00 <br />for asphalt hauling and dump fees will not be incurred. The total reduction of Task 003 is <br />approximately $25,202.73. <br />Exhibit N — Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />102. The Legal Right to Enter documents from Pikes Peak Home Center and Martin Valadez are <br />enclosed. <br />Exhibit R — Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder <br />103.
