The Public Notice (enclosed) sent using certified mail to CO Department of Transportation, <br />Pueblo County Board of County Commissioners, Thomas and Mari Rusler, Bryan Crites, <br />Thomas and Nancy Bregar and Black Hills Energy established a comment period of 20 days <br />beginning the date of receipt. <br />82. Addendum A is enclosed. <br />Exhibit C — Pre -mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands <br />83. The Exhibit C Maps numbering sequence was revised. A complete set of map exhibits will <br />be delivered on Friday. <br />84. Exhibit C -1a Map was revised by removing the solid white line across the top portion of the <br />map that blocked identification of structure ownership. <br />85. Footnote #1 on Exhibit C -1a and C -1b Maps was revised to include Sections 20, 35 and 36 in <br />which the haul roads are located. During this revision, it was determined the southwest <br />haul road traverses Sections 35 and 36. The north haul road may clip the corner of Section <br />20. The Agricultural Lease No. 110032 was amended to include Section 36 in T21S, R63W <br />and is enclosed. <br />86.
