<br />Figure 3. CRDA Expansion Area <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The 9E utility borehole was observed. Very few pallets of cement were observed at th e site and the contractors on <br />site were loading up and removing one of the water tanks that was used at the site. The sediment control ditches <br />and sumps appear to be functional. The topsoil stockpiles along the access road and the pad area were stable an d it <br />appears the piles were recently seeded. <br /> <br />The Old 18RT pad was observed. The area is stable and vegetated. Stream buffer zone signs were in place above <br />Fish Creek near the site. <br /> <br />The 10RT borehole area was observed. TC has cleaned out the culvert where the access road intersects with the <br />6MN access road. <br /> <br />The 13 Left Outby Gate Road Utility Borehole was observed. No activity was observed at the site. The site is <br />marked with boundary markers. The topsoil piles are stable and marked. <br /> <br />The 5MN Cement Borehole pad was observed. TC has hydro -seeded the out-slopes and surrounding exposed
