areas of the borehole pad. The drainage facilities are clear and functional.

Figure 4. 5MN Cement Borehole Hydro -Seeded

The Rock Dust Tank north of the main facilities area was observed and no problems were noted.

Technical Revision TR86 is currently under review by the Division for the installation of a new thickener borehole
pad area and pipeline in the South West Mining District (SWMD). TC has proposed two options for the borehole
location, however depending on the operation only one pad and borehole will be constructed and drilled. The first
option is located west of RCR 27 near the intersection of the Fish Creek Borehole Access Road. The second
option is east of RCR 27 and is adjacent to the Fish Creek Borehole road. The first option west of the road is an
area that appears to have disturbed by some past activity. The area has sparse vegetation established and a small
access road exists that leads to the site. A small stockpile of soil material exist s at this site. The second option
area has dense vegetation established but it does appear this area has been affected by the construction of the
access road to the Fish Creek Borehole.

Figure 5.
