Pond D was holding water and was discharging. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The primary and
emergency spillway was clear and functional.

Pond C was dry and not discharging. According to Mr. Watterson, TC has seeded the embankment.

Pond B was discharging. These incised ponds were appeared stable.

TC has installed the eastern diversion ditch (RDA-5b) on the east side of the CRDA expansion area. The bottom
width of the diversion was measured at several locations along the drainage and was 5 feet in width. The eastern
side of the ditch appeared to be at a gentle 3:1 slope. The west side of the ditch was steep at either a 1:1 or 2:1
slope. Based on the ditch designs included in Exhibit 08EE, the side slopes of this ditch should be 3:1 on each
side. TC will need to grade the west s ide of the ditch to the required 3:1 slope.

Figure 1. RDA-5b diversion ditch.
Please grade the west side of the RDA-5b ditch to the required 3:1 slope in accordance with the approved
design contained in Exhibit 8EE.
Pond T was discharging a small trickle of water out of the primar y spillway but it is unlikely this water will reach
Foidel Creek. The embankment is stable and vegetated, the primary and emergency spillway was clear and
functional.

OTHER (SPECIFY):
The following maintenance items were observed during previous Division inspections. Below is a list of these
items w ith an update on their status:
Main Facilities Area:
Please clean out the sediment delta formed at Pond E and fill in the rodent holes observed on the pond
embankment.
o They were cleaning out the sediment during the inspection.
Please cut back the cattails and vegetation surrounding the primary spillway at Po nd T.
o This item remains outstanding.
