<br />Pond D was holding water and was discharging. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The primary and <br />emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br /> <br />Pond C was dry and not discharging. According to Mr. Watterson, TC has seeded the embankment. <br /> <br />Pond B was discharging. These incised ponds were appeared stable. <br /> <br />TC has installed the eastern diversion ditch (RDA-5b) on the east side of the CRDA expansion area. The bottom <br />width of the diversion was measured at several locations along the drainage and was 5 feet in width. The eastern <br />side of the ditch appeared to be at a gentle 3:1 slope. The west side of the ditch was steep at either a 1:1 or 2:1 <br />slope. Based on the ditch designs included in Exhibit 08EE, the side slopes of this ditch should be 3:1 on each <br />side. TC will need to grade the west s ide of the ditch to the required 3:1 slope. <br /> <br />Figure 1. RDA-5b diversion ditch. <br /> Please grade the west side of the RDA-5b ditch to the required 3:1 slope in accordance with the approved <br />design contained in Exhibit 8EE. <br />Pond T was discharging a small trickle of water out of the primar y spillway but it is unlikely this water will reach <br />Foidel Creek. The embankment is stable and vegetated, the primary and emergency spillway was clear and <br />functional. <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />The following maintenance items were observed during previous Division inspections. Below is a list of these <br />items w ith an update on their status: <br />Main Facilities Area: <br /> Please clean out the sediment delta formed at Pond E and fill in the rodent holes observed on the pond <br />embankment. <br />o They were cleaning out the sediment during the inspection. <br /> Please cut back the cattails and vegetation surrounding the primary spillway at Po nd T. <br />o This item remains outstanding.
